2.30    (FIT) Fitness with Individual Training

3.30    Afternoon Snack

4.00    Yoga/Meditation

5.00    Walk or Personal Time

7.00    Personal Time-End of Day  - Shower and refresh. Visit with friends and contemplate how you feel after a perfect day.
